Steps to add a language: add its code to the "$supplangs" array in ../index.php, then modify "$menu" in the same file, "$hlmap" in stats.php, "$hitslang" and "$langs" in ../clitools/mustool.php, function "langs" in ../clitools/crawler.php; then run ../clitools/addlang.php <new language code> locally and on the server
