Jones/reflow: A little webapp that reflows wrapped text into paragraphs. It can be useful, for example, to reflow the text extracted from PDF files with “pdftotext” (one of the utilities of the “poppler” suite), or the text output from tesseract and other OCR (Optical Character Recognition) programs.
