#15 calendar + cron: add exceptions easily

It would be cool to be able to add an exception to an event just clicking on it and select "disable this occurrence only" from the menu. exceptions are, right now, something that is only implemented inside "cron". However, generalizing this as something applicable to any event would probably be very useful.
