[BridgeAbstract] Add getSimpleHTMLDOMCached

This function is a copy of the get_cached function from
HttpCachingBridgeAbstract, adding all parameters of
getSimpleHTMLDOM in order to replace the need of
HttpCachingBridgeAbstract entirely
