Install as `git-remote-gcrypt` in $PATH

Supports local, ssh:// and sftp:// remotes at the moment::

    git config --global gcrypt.recipients KEYID1
    git remote add gcryptrepo gcrypt::ssh://hostname.com:MyNewRepo
    git push --all gcryptrepo
