Chris Price	ce3d4be317	Restart the puppet master service when necessary ... Prior to this commit, users needed to be aware that the puppet master service would need a restart if certain config files were changed (routes.yaml, puppetdb.conf). Chris Price	aef363a8bb	Add support for specifying the version of the puppetdb packages ... Prior to this commit, all of the puppetdb packages were being installed with 'ensure=present'.
