Remove Mastodon integration and related configurations d20a6b3267

- Deleted Mastodon client implementation from the channels adapter.
- Removed Mastodon-related environment variables from example configuration.
- Eliminated tests associated with the Mastodon client.
- Cleaned up message formatting functions that were specific to Mastodon.
